Whenever I edit a book manuscript, I learn something new and exciting, but this author and this book took the editing experience to another level for me personally. I’m so glad I got the opportunity to work with this amazing mental health professional and play a small part in spreading her valuable message to new moms.
Do you love comfort food? That’s honestly a trick question. Pretty much everyone loves it. The problem is that comfort food is traditionally loaded with butter, sugar, gluten, and a whole bunch of other stuff that makes it sit heavy in your stomach and heavy on the scale. I won’t beat a dead horse and encourage you to make and keep your own goals this year. We all know we should. So I’ll just share some of my professional goals and leave you to ponder your own. As a freelance writer and editor, I have found hundreds–no, thousands–of resources out there for improving a freelance writing and editing business. Many of them talk about picking and sticking to a niche as one of the first steps. My past experience with writing and editing has been pretty diverse, ranging…

If you want to write for a certain…
